About Us
Founded in 2002 by Martin Villafana and his son Alex, New Era Construction is a family business run by four brothers who bring their expertise and experience in all aspects of construction to renovations, remodels and new builds. Growing up, the boys worked every summer with Martin, gaining valuable experience in the craft. As adults, they all attended trade school and learned from master masons to become professionals in their fields.
New Era Construction's services include everything framing, drywall, lighting, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tiling, appliance installation, cabinetry and much more. ​

Designs & Estimates
Our next step is to design the work and provide you with an estimate. Once we agree to the scope, we'll begin work.
Final Touches
At the end of the project, we do a final walk through, ensure everything is completed and working, and hand over a new, modern space for you to enjoy.
Preconstruction Meeting
We start by understanding your vision and goals, your budget and timelines. We walk through your space and discuss materials and colors. We use this initial consultation to put together the scope of work for your project.
Build & Install
We begin with demo! We remove any parts of the space required to make room for the renovation, then start the build. We prep your space and clean up at the end of each day.
